They quickly identified the issue, knew exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it right away. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you for your help!”

“Bruno was polite and efficient He my shower controls with new shower handle One would never know that it was a replacement Everything came out perfect he was clean and respectful. A pleasure as a service person”

“Very unprofessional people. I I hire them for a backflow test. Test failed and they decide to sent the results to the city without checking with me. It wasn't required for them to do that. City Only requires pass test. However they want $1100 for repair ( for a 2 valves, probably 80 dollars value) or full replacement for $1900 My cost with someone else was $ 350 Totally overpriced and I will never use them again”

“I am very happy with my first and brief interaction with People’s Choice Plumbing. We actually have several separate plumbing issues, but the one we needed help with today was to fix what we thought was a broken handle for the main house water cut off. They were very quick to get someone to our house, literally within 45 minutes of us making the call. I was impressed with their professional notifications of who was coming, and what time they would be there, and as I explained our issues to the technician, he listened and provided great information to me about how to handle each of the issues and what time would be best for those. As for the broken handle to the house, he quickly diagnosed that the handle I thought was the main handle was no longer in use, and they had put in a separate handle. Therefore no work needed to be done and he did not charge me for the visit. Needless to say, I will be calling them when it’s time to do the other work items!”

“Great service from the initial phone call to invoice. Great value and price which is rare . Alex was great to work with on-site .”

Alex came out to do the work, and was a totally competent, careful, and efficient guy. The outside work involved a lot of trenching, and the inside work was done cleanly and quickly. Kudos to Alex for his skill and craft. Hey, you already know Alex is a great worker, but I wanted to tell you he is also a great young man who I was proud to get to know while he worked on our home this week. “Gosh. Where do I begin? I had a water leak detection system installed the other day. Just recently heard about this from my insurance broker. Interesting? It does entitle me to a discount off my homeowners insurance but it also protects my house from being flooded in the future. Any way, Alex and Bruno showed up. Arriving on time—they were polite and a pleasure to deal with. They explained how they were going to install the unit and before I knew it, they were done. Their company is beginning to blossom up here in Palm Beach County. Keep a look out for their trucks… People’s choice plumbing, LLC. “Did a great job! Polite and experienced, quick to respond.”

“Outstanding service. Have had rodent problems in our crawlspace for 4 years. Various pest control services could not figure out entryway. Brought People’s Choice in to run a camera thru our sewer lines to see if any holes existed. Sewer lines were intact but Dylan, on further inspection of the crawlspace area, found a possible entryway near the foundation, was able to run the camera into a small gap, and found a nesting spot likely alongside a small water line thru the back of the house. Dylan was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Peoples Choice.”

Alex, who was very pleasant went up into the attics and found a small break in the hot water line. He needed some parts, returned shortly and fixed the problem. “Highly recommend People’s Choice Plumbing! They installed two new vanities and new fixtures in my guest bathrooms in one afternoon. Very clean, professional and reasonably priced. The owner came to the site to make sure I was happy with the installs. Scheduling them was a breeze, they were very flexible and responsive, had me on the calendar within a few days. I had purchased new shower fixtures but did not realize components inside the wall had to be compatible with my selection to avoid damaging the tile (we had kohler components in the wall but I purchased delta shower set), instead of charging me more $ to install the delta and new inner wall components they educated me on the internal workings of the shower and helped me find kohler fixtures that would work via Amazon. A First class company that value’s long term customers not one off jobs. PS- the price they quoted upfront is what I paid! No changing the price after they started the job like you see with a lot of local contractors. :)”

“Excellent communications with Emails and texts. Joe arrived just when he said he would, got the job done quickly and we are very pleased. People Choice is now in my contact list and I will use them the next time we need a professional plumber. Our job was the replacement of an Insinkerator hot water dispenser. The serial number was in a crazy place. Thanks for finding it! :) --- above from first call; Google doesn't give an option for additional reviews, so I will just update this: We have used Joe several times now and each has been a good experience. We recommend highly!”

“So pleased that we followed the advice of other 5 star positive reviewers and called People’s Choice. Joe installed a new d/w for us and replaced vintage valves under our sink. “Great honest service, will continue to us their services.”

“Was able to accommodate on short notice and satisfied with quality of repairs.”

“I was told that the problem was different from what People's choice plumbing told me. The other company was a licensed plumber also. They wanted to charge me 4000 to replace a gas water heater to tankless to solve the gas problem - Joseph the owner came out when I told him it was a problem because of the loss of gas, even though he was busy and knew immediately what the problem was. It was still a big job to fix, but it was fixed. It would have been the same money spent with the other plumber but the problem would have continued costing me $600 per month in lost gas - but I would have had a worthless tankless water heater and a continuing problem. Thank you Joseph so much your the best.”

“Great company. Will be my go to from now on. Quick and Affordable. Tech was extremely helpful.”

“I had a great experience dealing with People’s Choice Plumbing. They are professional and have great customer service and skilled workmanship to go with it. My sewer pipe was backed up. I called People’s choice and the office admin was really informative and scheduled me right away. She followed up with a confirmation text. Joe showed up and fixed our sewer problem with the latest in tech tools and we were back up and running in no time. Should anyone ever need a good plumber, don’t hesitate to call them.”

“We recently bought a home in Jupiter Farms, and the master bathroom shower drained slowly from day one. It clogged a few times but a plastic hair devil tool always restored the flow. Well, it finally stopped draining at all... We called People’s Choice Plumbing, and Joe came right out to help. Turns out there was a ton of calcium buildup in the drain (well water, don’t ya know?). Joe cleared it out and it drains like a dream now! Good guy, great plumber, super service! :)”
